TextMaker Viewer 2010

Recently I published a Dutch review on SoftMaker Office 2010.
The German developers now announced cheap licenses for schools, universities, pupils, students, and teachers.
And they have released the final version of TextMaker Viewer 2010 for Windows:

TextMaker Viewer 2010 from SoftMaker  lets you open, view, and print documents created with Microsoft Word 6.0 to 2007, TextMaker as well as OpenDocument and other common office file formats.

 

If you want to...   open a document created in Microsoft Word, TextMaker, or OpenDocument format, but you haven't installed the respective word processor send a document but you don't know whether the recipient has installed the programs to open it quickly view and print documents without editing them

TextMaker Viewer is free and can be freely distributed. So, if you send a document not knowing whether your recipient 
has installed the respective application, just point him to www.officeviewers.com!

Supported file formats:
	.docx, .docm Microsoft Word 2007		.sxw OpenOffice.org/StarOffice Text
	.dotx, .dotm Microsoft Word 2007 templates		.rtf Rich Text Format
	.doc Microsoft Word 6.0 up to Word 2007		.psw Pocket Word (Pocket PC)
	.dot Microsoft Word templates 6.0 up to 2007		.pwd Pocket Word (Handheld PC)
	.tmd TextMaker 6.0 up to 2010		.htm/html HTML documents
	.odt OpenDocument Text		.txt Text files (DOS, Windows, Unicode, UTF-8)

You can even use it to convert these documents to PDF!
